Partner pages appear in the partner directory for the countries and cities you cover, and – depending on the plan – in a clearly separated partner section on the country page.
How it works
- Choose a plan and your countriesPick the plan and the countries or cities your page should appear in.
- Pay online or ask for an invoiceCard payment in the partner portal. Embassies, public bodies and organisations can ask for an invoice.
- Build your page in the partner portalSign in with your work email, add your texts, logo, offices and contacts. Official bodies are verified through an email address on their own official domain.
- Our editors check itBefore your page goes live, an editor checks labels, contact details and links. Nothing is published before that check.
- Update it whenever you needChange texts, contacts or notices at any time in the portal. Changes are checked again and dated on the page.
- Renew once a yearPlans renew yearly. You see views, clicks and enquiries in your partner dashboard.

Our independence
Partners pay for their pages. Payment never buys a place in our guides, a recommendation or the word “verified”.
Every partner page and partner section carries a label: Institutional partner for official and professional bodies, Professional services for companies. Editorial information, partner information and paid services are always kept apart.
We never suggest that an authority endorses Relocate in Europe. Wording such as “Official information partner” or “In cooperation with” is used only when both sides have agreed to it in writing.
